Who we are

Relevant AI Technologies, Gurugram, India (“Relevant”, “we”, “us”) operates gorelevant.ai. We measure how AI answer engines describe brands. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it. Questions go to hello@gorelevant.ai.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company and anything you write in the message field.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve the site and keep it secure.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo request or message.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To send you information you asked for. No surprise mailing lists.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run this site: our hosting platform and our email delivery provider, each processing data on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Demo and contact submissions are kept for as long as we are in an active conversation with you, and deleted on request. Email hello@gorelevant.ai to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a reasonable time, and usually much faster.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be called out clearly.
