Who we are

Relevant AI Technologies, Gurugram, India (“Relevant”, “we”, “us”) operates gorelevant.ai. We measure how AI answer engines describe brands. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it. Questions go to hello@gorelevant.ai.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company and anything you write in the message field.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve the site and keep it secure.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Payments. When you buy a plan, your payment is processed by our payment gateway partner. Card and bank details go directly to the gateway; we never see or store them. We keep only what we need to manage your subscription: your plan, billing status and invoices.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo request or message.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To send you information you asked for. No surprise mailing lists.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run this site: our hosting platform and our email delivery provider, each processing data on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Social media publishing tools

We publish our own content to our company accounts on YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram using an internal scheduling tool that connects to those platforms’ official APIs, including YouTube API Services. The tool is used only by Relevant staff, and only to manage Relevant’s own accounts. It accesses the minimum account data needed to publish our posts and read their performance (for example, channel and page identifiers, post status and view counts). We do not collect, store or share data about other people through these APIs. Access tokens are stored on our own systems and can be revoked at any time from the platform’s security settings (for Google: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). By using our YouTube channel you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

How long we keep it

Demo and contact submissions are kept for as long as we are in an active conversation with you, and deleted on request. Email hello@gorelevant.ai to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a reasonable time, and usually much faster.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be called out clearly.
